The Department of Public Works and Highways - Cordillera Administrative Region - Mountain Province Second District Engineering Office, through the GAA - FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 4, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24PM0041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
