This consultation concerns the purchase of dishes for the town hall of Toulouse and Toulouse Metropole. It also concerns the rental of dishes for the various events organized by the town hall of Toulouse and Toulouse Metropole. The passing procedure used is: the call for tendersopen. It is subject to the provisions of articles articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. The framework agreement is allocated to a single economic operator. The services will be funded by the own resources of Toulouse Metropole and the municipality of Toulouse. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paidby unit prices. Monitoring annual amounts: Lot 1 Buy of dishes: TM (100, 000 euro (s) HT) + VT (300, 000 euro (s) HT) Lot 2 Rental of dishes: TM (50, 000 euro (s) HT) + VT (50, 000 euro (s) HT) The validity period of offers is set at 120 days from the deadline for receiptoffers. The framework agreement is concluded from 07/29/2025 or the notification of the contract if it is later
