This consultation concerns the purchase of dishes for the town hall of Toulouse and Toulouse Metropole. It also concerns the rental of dishes for the various events organized by the town hall of Toulouse and Toulouse Metropole.open. It is subject to the provisions of articles articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.It will give rise to the emission of purchase orders.
The framework agreement is allocated to a single economic operator.
The services will be funded by the own resources of Toulouse Metropole and the municipality of Toulouse.
