The Department of Public Works and Highways SOUTH COTABATO 1ST DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through FY 2024 DPWH Infrastructure Program based on the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of PhP 4, 950, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24MB0013 - Construction of Road, Barangay Polonuling, Municipality of Tupi, South Cotabato. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
