Description of the provision: Telephone assistance service 24h (Contact Center): Management of technical incidents. Connection and interaction with customer relationship management platform (CRM). Connection and interaction with platform for supervision, control and data acquisition (SCADA). Connection and Meypar platform interaction for ticket management and access control. Preparation of reports on the quality of service, call traffic and others. Performance indicators. Recording of calls and transfer of these to SUMEM S.L. Conduct satisfaction surveys. The contracting company will have to carry out the services described in the previous list for 24 hours, 365 days a year.
