1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 2, 895, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24GL0127 - CONSTRUCTION/REHABILITATION OF WATER SUPPLY / SEPTAGE AND SEWERAGE / RAINWATER COLLECTOR SYSTEM - RAINWATER COLLECTORS IN PUBLIC FACILITIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
