1. The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the GAA FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 3, 671, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 24GL0126 - REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF MAYTUBIG RIVER REVETMENT ( RIGHT BANK), BRGY. MAYTUBIG, ISABELA, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
