Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REI)

CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF TRAVEL TIME ALONG N1 AND NAUTICAL HIGHWAYS

1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, through GAA FY 2024 (UACS Code No. 200000101180000), intends to apply the sum of PhP 34, 929, 473.00 inclusive of 5% contingency being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consulting Services for the Assessment of Travel Time along N1 and Nautical Highways. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.

2. The Department of Public Works and Highways now calls for the submission of Eligibility Documents for:
