Notice is hereby given that the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Laguna 2nd District Engineering Office is undertaking the 24CSDI09 - Consultancy Services for the Conduct of Sub-Surface Soil Exploration and Geotechnical Investigation (Boring) for the Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Sto. Niño, Biñan City, Laguna through Negotiated Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184 (Small Value Procurement). The District Engineer of Laguna 2nd District Engineering Office has approved the Resolution Recommending the Use of Negotiated Procurement on May 7, 2024. The project is being implemented by the Laguna 2nd DEO - Planning and Design Section (PDS).
