1. The subject of the order is to ensure the continuity of operation of the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure, IT systems and ICT services, including user support, 24/7/365, with guaranteed response and incident resolution times, and settlement of work based on the helpdesk system and hour package.2. Scope of services. The Contractor will provide IT services covering at least: 1) Server environment: a) supervision of the technical condition and physical efficiency of servers, b) diagnostics and coordination of repairs hardware, c) management of physical components: power supply, cooling, disk arrays, d) RAID controllers, etc., e) cooperation with manufacturers/suppliers in terms of warranty and service;2) IT systems:a) management of key operating systems patients, such as HIS, RIS, PACS and systems for maintaining Electronic Medical Records (EDM), b) supervision of specialized laboratory software (LIS) and systems for archiving and transmitting medical images, c) ensuring proper operation and configuration of modules for settlement of medical services with the National Health Fund (NFZ) and other entities, d) monitoring...
