RTE faces an increase in the annual number of site to carry out, to deal with the challenges of the SDDR and the energy transition. This increase is reflected in the loading plan for the Helipotted Works Service (STH), in which there are three activities:

-The work of Lifting/unrolling and load transport with small or large carrier;

-The small tst carrier work or off -tage;

-The large nacelle work carrier on recorded work.

There are five skills profiles for participation in RTE helicoptered activities:

-radioguidener ;

-The small carrier nacer operator;

-The small carrier carrier;

-L 'Big carrier nacer operator;

-The large carrier carrier.

These resources are essential to carry out the projects scheduled over the year and play a very specific role in each missions entrusted to them. They are formed according to strict specifications both in the regulated context of the aeronautical field, but also through the commitments to be related to the requests of the under tension committee while being recognized in their profession respective of the maintenance of airlines.
