The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-025 for the provision of Eltham Lower Park Pavilion - Upgrade WorksThe Eltham Lower Park Pavilion is an aged facility with some elements not being fit for purpose, the project includes but is not limited to works to the following;The upgrade works have been architecturally designed with construction plans, specifications and other associated documentation included in this tenderThe Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 29 May 2025 with an intended practical completion date of 28 November 2025.This project is a funded project with specific funding milestones and dates.Tenderers are required to clearly outline in their submission and in their works program, how they would meet the required intended practical completion date, and if not achievable, what is a realistic completion date.
