The Human Resource Management of the General Secretariat of the DETEC (GS-UVEK) and the DETEC administrative units (VE) regularly carry out assessments as part of personnel advertisements and development measures. The assessments usually consist of different sequences (e.g. online test, interview and role play) and are carried out either generically or specifically, relating to certain positions.
