RELOCATION OF FIBER OPTIC CABLE FOR BLDG 280



SCOPE OF WORK:

- DISMANTLING OF EXISTING FIBER OPTIC CABLE AT BLDG. 280 WITHOUT

VOIDING EXISTING WARRANTY AND INSTALLATION OF IT TEMPORARILY

AT AN IDENTIFIED LOCATION/POLE UNTIL THE BUILDING IS COMPLETED

- RELOCATE THE TEMPORARILY INSTALLED FOC TO THE SECOND

FLOOR OF BLDG 280.

- RETERMINATE THE FOC

- ENSURE THAT THE FOC IS PROPERLY INSTALLED AND WORKING

- RECTIFICATION/RETOUCH OF ALL AFFECTED AREAS DURING IMPLEMENTATION



ALSO INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

- PROJECT INITIATION/ KICK-OFF, LAY OUT PLANS, PERMITS MODIFICATIONS,

SUPERVISION, DOCUMENTATION AND HANDOVER, ONCE COMPLETED.



- DISMANTLING OF CABINET AND SWITCHES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
