The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for the following items listed below:
General:
The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct Market Research in accordance with RFO Part 10, for the construction of an addition to the south parking lot of Building B1000 at Offutt AFB, Nebraska.
This requirement includes comprehensive site preparation and paving operations. Work consists of demolition and removal of existing surfaces, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork/subgrade preparation. The new pavement construction includes the application of bituminous tack and prime coats followed by road-mix asphalt paving. Additionally, the project requires cast-in-place concrete construction for associated concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks.
