This consultation includes 24 geographical lots and aims to purchase management and outsourcing services for the archives of the headquarters and territorial delegations of the ANFH located in mainland France, Corsica and the overseas departments. .

The detailed descriptione needs, for each of the geographical lots, is described in the specifications making up the DCE.

Management and outsourcing services for the archives of the ANFH Alpes delegation located in Grenoble

The services include:

- Support at the start of the initial fund's marketarchives

-Dusting of the external faces of files and archive boxes and possibly decontamination (mold) of documents

-Taking charge of new archives

-Providing containers (cardboards),

-Transport: delivery of containers and collection

-Sorting, inventoryment and conditioning of archives

-Storage and physical conservation of archive funds

-Consultation of archives

-Destruction of archives

-Computerized management of archives

The archives concerned are all the documents, whatever whatever their seniority, their backgroundme and their material support, produced or received by any natural or legal person, and by any public or private service or organization, in the exercise of the ANFH's activity.
