Respondents are asked to provide the information requested below to assist the Counties in determining service delivery options, operating models, facility availability, and market capacity.The Counties is primarily interested in one location that can operate as a year-round 24-hour drop-in centre where coordinated community services can be accessed by individuals experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.Understanding the challenge in identifying a space for a permanent year-round location, the Counties will also consider any locations and/or operators interested in operating a seasonal warming centre (November 1 - March 31).
