24-hour physical security service of BP AMW 1. The subject of the order is: 24-hour physical security service of BP AMW. 2. The proceedings in question in the fields of defense and security are two-stage proceedings: Stage I: In response to the announcement of order, the Contractor submits an application to participate in the procedure (hereinafter referred to as the application) along with the documents referred to in Chapter VIII OWU. All information necessary for Contractors at this stage of the proceedings has been included in these General Terms and Conditions the contract notice, which was published on the website of the conducted procedure (Marketplanet purchasing platform). The Ordering Party will examine and evaluate the applications submitted in the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party will invite you to submit offers Contractors whose applications to participate in the proceedings will not be rejected. Pursuant to Art. 411 section 2 of the Act, along with the invitation to submit offers, the Contractors will be provided with the Specification of Procurement Conditions (SWZ) along with attachments. Stage II: In response to the invitation to submit an offer, the Contractor submits an offer. The Ordering Party will examine and evaluate the offers submitted in the proceedings and select the most advantageous offer. 3. Commencement of the subject implementation the order will be placed no earlier than February 1, 2027 from 10:00.
