Through the Framework Arrangement of Expert and Consulting Services for Digital Development Projects, the Helsinki Region Environmental Services Association (later also "subscriber") can acquire experts and consultants for their ICT development projects as purchasing services. Framework arrangement Expert services that can be obtained can include design, implementation, support or general consultation, as a rule, in the areas below without commitment. A sub -offer is not possible, so the elected suppliers must have expert expertise for all of the below areas.1.1.1. project manager services and coordination services of agile development2. Low-code/no-code -In application development Expert Services6.The duration of the development framework for the development of information management and digitalisation is four (4) years. The estimated start date of the agreement is 1.5.2025. On the basis of a procurement, a framework arrangement will be set up to select five (5) if a sufficient number of minimum requirements Offers are available.
