Tender Details

Description : Contractor shall provide burial, cremation, and morgue (pickup/storage) services for deceased patients of DSH-Napa based on the requests of DSH-Napa Contract Manager and/or patient¿s family reasonable and consistent with available resources and assure that evaluations and documentation meet the requirements and standards set by the California Department of Public Health Licensing and Certification and the Joint Commission. Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, personnel, and any other items necessary to provide DSH-Napa with Cremation Services of deceased patients, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with Sections 7100 and 7200-7208 of Health and Safety Code, specifying the custody of remains and duties of interment of hospitalized persons.
