24 + 25 heating, ventilation and sanitary systems With this tender, the TGA work for the heating, ventilation (exclusively toilet exhaust systems) and plumbing trades is carried out for the renovation and expansion of the Landbüel school in Wil (ZH). forgive. Existing services The heating and plumbing installations in the existing building areas will generally not be replaced. Individual washbasins in the school rooms will be replaced and connected to the existing supply and disposal lines connected. The sanitary installations in the existing toilet facilities remain unchanged. Individual radiators are dismantled or some of them are replaced. An existing kiln in the basement will be equipped with a new exhaust system. The Services in the new extension: In new buildings, the heating and plumbing installations must be completely rebuilt. The closed rooms (toilets and the technical room) are ventilated via a central exhaust system. Hot water preparation in the new extension takes place centrally using a heat pump boiler. Electric water heaters will be installed at three washbasins in the gym area. The new pump group of the heating system is connected to the existing heat production.
