1st part of VZ: reservation of 504, 000 liters of MTPO 3rd part of VZ: reservation of 504, 000 liters of MTPO 2nd part of VZ: reservation of 504, 000 liters of MTPO The subject of the public contract is the provision of state material reserves in the form of a reservation of 1, 512, 000 liters of milk (in 1 liter packaging) durable semi-fat treated UHT (hereinafter also referred to as "MTPO" or "HR MTPO") with the condition of a possible future purchase of the entire reserved volume of MTPO or part of it. HR MTPO will be in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the scope of the Administration of State Material reserves, as amended, are considered the property of the Czech Republic with the authority to manage them for the contracting authority. The subject of the VZ is divided into 3 (three) parts: 1st part of VZ: reservation of 504, 000 liters of MTPO 2nd part of VZ: reservation of 504, 000 liters of MTPO 3rd part of the General Assembly: reservation of 504, 000 liters MTPO The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of state material reserves in the form of a reservation of 504, 000 liters of MTPO with the condition of a possible future purchase of the entire reserved volume of MTPO or part of it.
