Description : You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 24-003 RE-BID2 Confidential Paper Document Container (Bin) Rental, On-site Confidential and Recyclable Paper Document Destruction, and Paper Recycling Services for Various DMV Field Offices in Area 3.Purpose and Description of Services1.Confidential paper document container (bin) rental, on-site confidential and recyclable paper document destruction, and paper recycling services at various DMV Field Offices in Area 3. Term: Thirty-six (36) months. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Bidder Qualifications1.Bidder must have an adequate number of vehicles for mobile document destruction in their fleet to service the indicated offices at the requested frequencies and shall provide proof of registration of vehicles with their bid. Failure to provide proof of vehicle registration may result in bids being deemed non-responsive.
