three different parcels will be distributed: parcel 1 for senior citizens' clubs and associations; package 2 for the attention of Ccas residents, hospitals and private retirement homes, package 3 for the attention of the precarious public. The content is detailed in the Ccp. These packages must containhold food products made in the traditional way: block of foie gras, cooked poultry dish, sweets, all presented in an insulated bag. The cost of the whole must be around 17.00 euro (s) excl. VAT per package. The price of the packages must include all costs.s caused (packaging, delivery costs, transport costs, ). For the City of Toulouse, a letter from the mayor must be added to each package by the contract holder. It will be provided by the Economat service of the DMG (General Resources Department). A bottle of wine will be addedute by the holder in parcels
