CLOSING TIME: You must submit your statement of capability by 14.00 EDT on March 18, 2024. Natural Resources Canada (NRC), CanmetENERGY Devon (CE-D) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and an installation of one (1) Liquid Scintillation Counter (LSC) instrument with an oxidizer. This unit must be equipped with a background reduction assembly which can accurately measure 14C to near-background levels for the correct and low-level determination of 14C (biogenic carbon) in biomass-derived fuels, and their blends with petroleum.
