23125849 Signage equipment Description: The Contracting Authority aims for a standard range of Products and Services with limited price differentiation. This means that the range must be highly standardized, but just sufficiently diverse to meet the requirements to offer various users within the Client a suitable service and level of support for the intended purpose of use and to keep the price per tap/price for a product as low as possible. The scope of the assignment concerns the following: • Professional sign equipment. With the version Printing, cutting & laminating;; • Both at home and abroad. The delivery of sign equipment and services will take place in the following areas, among others: the Netherlands; Germany; Belgium; Caribbean; • Both military deployment printing services, such as ships in foreign ports and missions, as well as (peace) office environments; • Maintenance of all consumables (except paper); • Service and maintenance of sign equipment; • 2nd line helpdesk • Logistics in a broad sense; • The protection of defense data, ensuring that defense data is not left behind in combination with data security (information security); • Functionalities to increase ease of use; • Implementation of management (reporting, coordination and follow-up) and implementation of direction; • Migration from the current situation to the new situation; • (proactively) making improvement proposals and taking them into action; • It anticipate changes and deviations from standards; • Integration of services in the Defense ICT infrastructure; • Demonstrable corporate social responsibility. • interface to the crypto boxes.
