The subject of the public contract is the acceptance of 120 to 150 t of frozen meat (hereinafter also "meat") and its protection. Meat is and will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves (hereinafter also referred to as "HR"). The existing stock of HR frozen boneless pork with a maximum record value of CZK 11, 605, 000 will be taken over bez VAT, in the types of 40 to 50 t boneless pork legs, 40 to 50 t boneless pork shoulders and 40 to 50 t boneless pork roasts. The quantitative range is given by the possibility of changes to the existing contract on the protection of state material reserves. The conditions of acceptance and protection are set out in detail in the draft Contractsy on taking over and protecting state material reserves.
