1) The Calbiga (Samar) Water District, through Local Water Administration Financial Assistance (Php 15, 000, 000.00 POW), FY 2017 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Three Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hudred Ninety-nine Pesos and Sixty-four Centavos (PhP 14, 329, 699.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) BWD Board Resolution No. 23-09, series of 2023 to payments under the contract for Construction of Water Supply System for Calbiga Water District Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
