The subject of the VZ is the acquisition and protection of 400 tons of crude rapeseed oil (hereinafter also "crude oil") and the acquisition and protection of 230 tons of edible rapeseed oil (hereinafter also "edible oil"). Crude and edible oil will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The VZ subject is divided into 4 separate partse parts, namely: 1st part of VZ: Delivery and protection of 200 tons of crude oil, 2nd part of VZ: Delivery and protection of 200 tons of crude oil, 3rd part of VZ: Delivery and protection of 115 tons of edible oil, 4th part of VZ: Supply and protection of 115 tons of edible oil.
