apply the sum of Php 2, 146, 007, 035.47 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Cavite Industrial Area Flood Risk Management Project
(CIA-FRIMP), JICA Loan No. PH-P265, Contract Package - 2, Rio Grande River
Improvement, Contract ID No. 22Z00003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening
