The DPWH, Negros Occidental 2nd District Engineering Office through the FY 2022 DPWH Infrastructure Program intends to apply the sum of Php 96, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 22GL0038 - CONSTRUCTION OF GUINTUBHAN RIVER BANK SLOPE (UPSTREAM OF GUINTUBHAN BRIDGE) ALONG BINALBAGAN - ISABELA ROAD (LEFT BANK, PHASE II), NEGROS OCCIDENTAL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
