1. The DPWH, Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2022

intends to apply the sum of Php4, 900, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the

Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 22CE0056

Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Barangay Sto. Rosario, Aliaga, Nueva Ecija

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
