It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.Date: June 30, 2026Time: 10:00 am MSTLocation: Building 224 Ice Plant ArenaTenderers are requested to confirm attendance prior to the site visit.The initial term for this service contract is one (1) year effective the date of award. If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the same Terms and Conditions and applicable cost escalation.
