Abstract: Membrane C02 capture systems represent the next generation technology for carbon capture which will complement existing research capabilities and offer a portfolio of technologies for low carbon power generation and applications in energy/C02 intensive industries, as well as opportunities for the development of carbon utilisation technologies and applications. It is envisaged that the new membrane C02 capture system for the Translational Energy Research Centre (TERC) will provide a platform to aid product development and innovation, and systems integration across a wide range of research activities.
