Description : The PA Fish & Boat Commission is seeking a vendor to work with them to develop and implement a marketing and advertising plan to support campaigns that coincide with the life-cycle activities and customer potential of the PFBC. Additionally, the vendor will implement portions of the plan approved by the PFBC, including the development and placement of creative elements in digital and traditional media. The vendor will routinely monitor campaign results and provide recommendations on modifications that optimize results. The PFBC seeks a vendor that will help the PFBC prioritize marketing needs to best utilize the resources of a limited marketing and advertising budget.All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS website to view any change notices to this RFP.
