Title : 22-41004-000 Psychological Evaluation and Consultative Services IFB
Description : Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance and personnel to: provide DSH with Psychological Evaluation and Consultative services on an as-needed basis; to assist the medical staff at State Hospitals in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources; and to assure that appropriate clinical evaluations and documentation meet the requirements and standards set forth by Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations regarding community care licensing, the Joint Commission, and the Department of Justice. Specific assessments are indicated to inform sexual offense treatment and discharge planning needs. DSH-Napa requests that the contractor provides DSH-Napa with Abel Assessment of Sexual Interest (AASI-3), Penile Plethysmograph (PPG), and Clinical Polygraph Exams, along with the corresponding reports of findings. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 12, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid.
