The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure or, in the event of its completion, not to select a contractor in the absence of financial resources for its implementation, without the right to make claims on the part of those submitting the offer. 4. As a result of the procedure, an agreement will be concluded with the selected Contractor, 5. Bid evaluation criterion: 100% price, 4. In the event of damage to a disk under warranty, the Ordering Party does not return the damaged drive to Contractor/Service/Manufacturer due to sensitive data on the disk.5. Completion time: up to 14 days from signing the contract.6. Payment deadline: 14 days from delivery of the VAT invoice (KSeF).
