Products or services: Professionals he main objective of this Public Proposal is the PURCHASE OF SERVICE OF PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL AND AUXILIARY SUPPORT HOURS FOR CR CDT of the Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, with the following professionals: Nurse, Midwife, Medical Technologist, Nursing Technician and Auxiliaries, to support the Diagnosis and Treatment Center and the Center for Medical Specialties, since there is not enough institutional provision to cover the high demand that exists in the different specialties and subspecialties. Therefore, in relation to the area of ​​ophthalmology, due to the high demand for care, the hiring of Medical Technologist hours is required to assist in the activities of the Ophthalmologist, as well as how to carry out the tasks indicated by the professional, which would guarantee timely and quality care for users. On the other hand, in the Breast Pathology unit, there is a gap in the management of GES guarantees associated with the diagnosis of breast cancer, due to the lack of professional Midwife exclusive for this area, which makes it difficult to comply with the guarantees established for the diagnosis and treatment of this pathology.
