21-gene genomic test. (Oncotype DX) procedure Performing 21-gene genomic tests (Oncotype DX) for Semmelweis University: a prognostic and predictive test with 1A level of evidence examining 21 genes, which enables chemotherapy decision. Patient group: HER2 positive, HER2 negative, Hormone receptor positive early (No, N1) breast cancer. The task of the successful tenderer is to: - transport the samples produced during the tests to the test site; - carrying out the tests, the results are mathematical form evaluation; - Issue of Recurrence Score; - validation of estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and Her2 receptor values; - consultation with the attending physician about the completed findings. The quantity planned for 36 months is 200 tests. THE framework contract remains in effect for 36 months after its signature, or until the framework amount is exhausted - which is HUF 111, 800, 000 net. The tenderer undertakes to draw 70% of the framework quantity. The detailed technical description is in the Public Procurement Documents contain.
