The City of Calgary requires a contractor to supply and apply coatings for Wastewater Treatment facilities. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Initial one (1) year with option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
