Description: The subject of VZ is the acquisition of 750 tons of native potato starch of food quality (hereinafter also "starch") and its protection. Starch will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the State Material Reserves. As a contracting authority, the administration of the State Material Reserves as a contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., On the competence of the State Material Reserves Administration, as amended, the defense and defense of the state, eliminating the consequences of crisis situations and protecting the vital economic interests of the state. The VZ object is divided into 3 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Delivery and protecting 250 tons of starch. Part 2: Delivery and protecting 250 tons of starch. Part 3: Delivery and protecting 250 tons of starch. The conditions of delivery and protecting are set in detail in the attached binding proposals of the “Purchase Agreement” and “Contracts on the Protecting of State Material Reserves” and are identical to all parts of vz.
