Description: The subject of the acquisition of 750 tons of native potato starch of food quality (hereinafter referred to as "starch") and its protection. Starch will be part of state material reserves of the Czech Republic. Administration of the State's material reserves of the Czech Republic is provided by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., On the scope of administration of state material reserves, as amended, the defense and defense of the state, the elimination of crisis situations and the protection of vital economic interests of the state. Subject VZ is divided into 3 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Delivery and protection of 250 tons of starch. Part 2: Delivery and protection of 250 tons of starch. Part 3: Delivery and protection of 250 tons of starch. The conditions of supply and protection are detailed in the accompanying binding proposals "Purchase Contract" and "Treaty on Preservative Reserves Preservation" and are identical to all parts vz.
