The current government contract concerns the design, construction, financing and maintenance of infrastructure works for the operation and maintenance of the NH90 NFH helicopters of the Air Component of Defense from Ostend Airport. The maintenance part of the assignment will be availabilityof the installations during the entire term of the contract (20 years).

The government contract concerns the construction and maintenance of infrastructure works for the operation and maintenance of the NH90 NFH helicopters of the Air Component of Defense from the air baseaven Ostend. The maintenance part of the contract will guarantee the availability of the installations for the entire duration of the contract (20 years).
These infrastructure works include: an operating location from which both the operations and maintenance of the NH90 NFH helicoptersnt to be done, the construction of the necessary connection to the existing Apron, the provision of vehicle parking, the construction of the necessary roadways and the connection to the existing roadways, the construction and connection of utility lines, the installation of the necessary security elements on the basis of a goodapproved safety concept.
The new infrastructures will comply with the most recent energy performance standards. Sustainable solutions will be provided to avoid the use of fossil fuels.
