INVITATION TO BID
The DPWH, Negros Occidental 1st District Engineering Office, Matab-ang, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to submit bids for the following contracts, to wit:

Contract Name : Construction of Bridge - Construction of Matab-ang Bridge including approaches, Talisay City, Negros Occidental
Location of the Contract : Talisay City, Negros Occidental
Brief Description : Construction of Superstructure of Prestressed Structural Concrete Girder (PSCG) Bridge (30.00 linear meters) with r.c. approach slab and PCCP including reinforced concrete deck slab, sidewalk & railings, grouted riprap slope protection works, metal guardrail & posts, elastomeric bearing pads, clearing & grubbing, embankment, base preparation, etc.

Source of Fund : FY 2020 DPWH Local Infrastructure Program
Contract Duration : Two Hundred Twenty (220) Calendar Days
To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements:(a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB license for Size Range Small B (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least to the ABC.
The DPWH will use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification, and award.

Bidders shall pay the BAC of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 25, 000.00) for Contract ID No. 20GK0198 for the bidding documents, upon securing hard copies of the Documents. Bidders that download the Documents from the DPWH/PhilGEPS website shall pay the fee upon submission of their bids.
The DPWH, Negros Occidental 1st District Engineering Office reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process, any time before the Contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidders, in accordance with the provision of Section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR.
