1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office No. IV-A, through the SR-2020-10-009754 FY 2020 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 408, 855.00 inclusive of 5% contingency being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONTRACT ID NO. 20CSD049 - CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF APPRAISAL OF PROPERTIES AFFECTED BY THE FY 2016 CONSTRUCTION OF LOPEZ BYPASS ROAD, LOPEZ, QUEZON PROJECT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the Financial Proposals.
2.
