Delivery of reagent kits for coagulation tests along with the lease of a system for coagulation tests for the Central Clinical Laboratory of the UCK. 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagent kits for coagulation tests together with the lease of a system for coagulation tests for the Central Clinical Laboratory of the UCK, with parameters, range, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes No. 4 and No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 3. The leased system together with additional equipment, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", must meet the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters specified in Annex 5 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. 4. The leased equipment will be delivered along with the accessories necessary for its proper operation functioning. 5. If terms indicating the type, standard, trademarks or origin of the subject of the contract are used in the documentation regarding the procedure in question, they should be read together with the words "or equivalent".
