Construction of Pasalubong Center
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 01 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Pesos (P700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026MB-011 Construction of Pasalubong Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for 2026MB-011 Construction of Pasalubong Center Completion of the Works is required on September 3, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 90 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
