1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the 2026 Supplemental Budget No. 01 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (P1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026MB-010 Construction of Comfort Rooms at Public Market. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for 2026MB-010 Construction of Comfort Rooms at Public Market Completion of the Works is required on September 12, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 90 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
