Earthfilling and Construction of Drainage Facilities of EBAIS Grounds
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance No. 3 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026MB-008 Earthfilling and Construction of Drainage Facilities of EBAIS Grounds. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for 2026MB-008 Earthfilling and Construction of Drainage Facilities of EBAIS Grounds. Completion of the Works is required on June 16, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 50 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
