1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance No. 3 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 1, 589, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026MB-006 Concreting of Unpaved Section of Coastal Road, .0860 km. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF BAYABAS now invites bids for 2026MB-006 Concreting of Unpaved Section of Coastal Road, .0860 km. Completion of the Works is required on June 8, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within 45 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
